In 2004, RecoveryAssociates.org first launched with a goal to help others battle addiction. At the time, our major focus was on helping individuals with drug and alcohol dependency. More recently, we have shifted our focus to help those with gambling addictions.

In America alone, problem gambling affects more than 15 million people. More than 3 million of these are considered severe problem gamblers, otherwise known as gambling addicts or pathological gamblers. We feel compelled to help not only individuals with gambling problems, but also the friends and family of problem gamblers.
